Queenstown

The devastation is still from the earthquake last year is
still so evident throughout the City. Our hotel was damaged
and the reception is in a temporary metal hut. The rooms
were not damaged - just the lobby and restaurant.

 The gardens were beautiful.

 We had a wonderful New Zealand meal with our hosts, Fay & Lindsay Turner.

We rode a monorail car HIGH above the rain forest. What fabulous views.
